  • Marketing & Operations Coordinator

    We are looking for a New York City based Marketing/Operations Coordinator interested in a ground floor opportunity to help execute our firm’s marketing and communications strategy across all forms of social and traditional media and industry events, as well as, support the sales team in their day-to-day operations.

    This person will assist the Marketing Associate to increase the firm’s market presence and brand awareness for our industry leading CRM/investor relations, web reporting and allocator research software solutions. This role will also require the candidate to master the ins and outs of Imagineer's products in order to support the daily activities of the sales team. The successful candidate will be working towards a major in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration. The candidate will work with multiple people internally to produce compelling sales/marketing and descriptive product content while also bringing their own online and social media marketing experience to the table.       

    Job Requirements:

    • Help manage content and marketing across all company platforms (website, blog, social networks, marketing materials, targeted campaigns, etc)
    • Provide on-going support to the firms’ sales team, whether it’s the curation of sales materials or the fielding of product related questions 
    • Manage the firm’s calendar of attendance and exhibiting at industry events and help coordinate all details related to these events
    • Identify and manage key marketing opportunities to promote further exposure of Imagineer’s products to financial industry
    • Plan all details relating to internal company events

  • Entry Level Client Relationship Associate

    We are looking for an extremely bright and performance driven Client Relationship Associate to join our growing support team. The preferred candidate will be analytical and detail oriented and must be proficient in organizing and maintaining project workflows and deadlines.

    As this is a client-facing position, the successful candidate must also possess a composed demeanor, and be able to communicate effectively & proficiently with financial firm executives (e.g. CFO’s), investor relations teams as well as back-office staff.   • Sales Consultant

    We are looking for a seasoned sales consultant who is interested in an opportunity to carry the ball for us in order to increase our market presence and to represent our industry leading CRM/investor relations and web reporting solutions for hedge funds and other asset managers.

    The successful candidate will preferably have both direct experience in the investment industry and also with selling technology tools to the financial industry. You should be very comfortable prospecting and cultivating your own leads as a sales hunter both from your own industry contacts as well as from the wealth of existing client and intermediary relationships existing within ITG. You will have a unique opportunity to work directly with the firm’s principals to assist in building up the firm’s overall sales and marketing efforts which could lead to sales management opportunities as we continue to expand our team.
